Penialai dan Penyedia Berdaftar Laporan SIA (PLANMalaysia)

The Principal / Manager

TPr Abdul Halim B Ali Hassan

The Principal and Manager of Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd is a Certified Town Planner (Reg. No.: MIP 407/98) with the Malaysian Institute of Planner (MIP) since 1998 and has been elected as a Fellow Member in 2023. He is also registered with the Board of Town Planners, Malaysia (Reg. No.: A0217) with Certificate of Practice No. COP 0029 and is a Qualified Person (Town Planner) with the Sarawak Planning Authority (SPA) (Reg. No.: SPA 023/2022).

He has been registered with the Department of Environment (Reg. No.: CEP-CS0130) as a Certified EIA Consultant in Waste Management and Land Use Planning, and is a member of the Malaysian Association of Social Impact Assessment (Reg. No.: B161). Additionally, he is registered as PENILAI dan PENYEDIA BERDAFTAR for Laporan Penilaian Impak Sosial (SIA) (Reg. No.: SIA 047/2022).

He holds a Bachelor in Urban & Regional Planning (Hons.) from UTM, obtained in 1994, and a Master of Engineering (Civil - Environmental Management) from the same university in 2001.

Admin/Finance Department

Ezzaty Lee Abdullah @ Lee Siow Yin.

The Head of Administration and Finance oversees all administrative and financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations. In her role, she collaborates closely with the Financial Manager, who handles financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, she works with the Accountant, who maintains financial records, processes invoices, and reconciles accounts to ensure accurate bookkeeping and adherence to accounting standards.

She is also a highly skilled professional town planner in Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd with over 20 years of experience in the field, . She holds a Bachelor in Urban & Regional Planning (Hons.) and Masters of Science (Urban Planning) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Once graduated, she joined Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd as a senior planner and since then, she have actively involved in various projects which include layout preparation, Local Plan & Structure Plan and also EIA study.
