Abdul Halim B Ali Hassan

  The Principal and Manager of Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd, is a Certified Town Planner (Reg. No. : MIP 407/98) with the Malaysian Institute of Planner (MIP) since 1998 and has been elected as Fellow Member in 2023. He also registered with Board of Town Planners, Malaysia (Reg. No. : A0217) with Certificate of Practice No COP 0029 and Qualified Person (Town Planner) with the Sarawak Planning Authority (SPA) (Reg. No.: SPA 023/2022).

He had been registered with Department of Environment (Reg. No. : CEP-CS0130) as a Certified EIA Consultant in Waste Management and Land use Planning and a member of Malaysian Association of Social Impact Assessment (Reg. No. : B161) and he already registered as PENILAI dan PENYEDIA BERDAFTAR for Laporan Penialaian Impak Sosial (SIA) (Reg. No. : SIA 047/2022)

Holds a Bachelor in Urban & Regional Planning (Hons.) from UTM in 1994 and Master of Engineering (Civil - Environmental Management) from the same university in 2001.

A planner in Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd. She holds a Bachelor in Urban & Regional Planning (Hons.) and Masters of Science (Urban Planning) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Once graduated, she joined Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd as a senior planner and since then, she have actively involved in various projects which include layout preparation, Local Plan & Structure Plan and also EIA study.

Mohd Azmir Bin Lokman

Holds a Bachelor in Urban & Regional Planning (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He is a Graduate Member with the Malaysian Institute of Planner (MIP) since 2004 and also a registered Assistant EIA Consultant (Reg. No : AC0615), with Department of Environment Malaysia. Once graduated, he joined Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd since 2002 as an Urban planner and since then, he have actively involved in various projects which include preparing the development study and physical planning related works handle by Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd.

Graduated with Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, is a registered Graduate Engineer (Reg. No: 50205A) with The Board of Engineers Malaysia. She is also a registered Assistant EIA Consultant (Reg. No: AC0762), with Department of Environment Malaysia.

Nur Hanis Aliaa binti Zulkarnain

Graduate from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan in Bachelor of Applied Science (Sustainable Science) with Honours. Joined Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd, as Environmental Executive to assist in environment related study, assessment etc.

Technical Advisor/Associate Consultant

Tan Joo Chai,

Phd. is one of the Technical Advisor and Associate Consultant of Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd. Graduated from University of Windsor, Canada with a first class Bachelor in Applied Science (Civil) and Master of Applied Science (Structural) in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He then obtained his Doctor Philosophy in Environmental Engineering from National University of Singapore (1994). At Present, he actively involved in the pollution control related services.

R. Shankar,

a civil engineer, majoring in transportation engineering. He associated with Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd since 1997. Holds a Bachelor in Engineering (Hons.) from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur and Master of Science (Transportation Planning), UTM. Actively involved in traffic impact assessment (TIA) study in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

Paul O’Brien

has over 20 years of coastal engineering experience. During this time he has directed and managed major coastal/marine studies throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Pacific. Mr. O’ Brien has developed extensive skills with regard to the undertaking of coastal and hydrodynamic studies which include numerical and physical modelling investigations. This, in conjunction with his experience in the design and construction of marine and coastal facilities means that he is well qualified for the role of Project Manager in any of the coastal engineering/hydrodynamic related projects. He is currently one of the Principal of Coastal Engineering Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd. Associated with Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd since 2003.

Haji Selamat Bin Othman

(B. Art. (UM)), has more than 25 years experience in the field of agriculture planning and management. Associated with Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd since year 2003. Currently he holds the position of Chairman, Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan (Pontian Timur) & Lembaga Pengarah, Malaysian Pineaaple Industrial Board (MPIB).

Vincent Chow Kok Kow

(PhD Environmental Engineering (UTM), has over 25 years of biology-based professions experience. Involved in nature-documentation via Nature photography and scientific studies on selected aspects of the natural environement. Associated with Perunding UEP Sdn Bhd since 2008.
